摘要
针对有害(有毒)工业灰渣,建立了其熔渣法焚烧过程控制数学模型,通过模型在线计算,调节燃料和熔剂加入量及助燃氧气量,自动实现对高温焚烧炉的稳定燃烧实时控制。
To be directe d against harmful(poisonous)industry dust and slag,process control mathematic s model has been established for applying molten slag method.Amount of fuel and lime stone and oxygen is adjusted by model calculate online.Real time control of stable burning has been realized automatically for the burn furnace.
