摘要
本文研究了套筒式串联推力轴承组的均载机理,建立了内、外弹性薄壁隔圈壁厚的数学模型。运用ANSYS有限元软件对轴承组的弹性元件微变形量和应力场进行了数值分析,并运用激光散斑法对其进行实验验证。测定结果表明,计算值与实测值基本吻合。
This paper deals with a uniform load mechanism of the sleeve type of tandem thrust bearings,constructs the mathematical model of the determination of the wall thickness of inside-outside spacerings. The micro-deformation and stresses of the elastic element of the thrust bearings are analyzed bymeans of the ANSYS finite elements. The results are experimented based on the laser speckle photo-graphic methods. The numerical calculation tallies with the experiment result.
