摘要
本文以某大学电影学院的ESP项目教学为例,进行实证研究,重点探讨项目教学法在ESP教学中的可行性和有效性。结果表明,项目教学法在ESP教学中为学生创造了良好的语言环境,有效地激发了学生学习兴趣,增强了学生学习的自信心和自我效能感,培养了学生实际解决问题的能力和团队精神,受到了绝大多数学生的欢迎。与此同时,本文也指出了项目教学法在ESP教学实施过程中的局限性。
With the Film College of a certain university as an object for the study,this paper explores feasibility and effectiveness of the application of Project-based Teaching Method(PBTM)implementation into ESP teaching through an empirical study.The result shows that PBTM is popular with a vast majority of ESP learners owing its good functions,such as creating better language learning atmosphere for ESP learners,effectively stimulating their learning interests,enhancing their sense of self-confidence and self-efficacy gradually and cultivating their problem-solving competence and cooperation spirit.Meanwhile,it was also pointed out that some limitations exist in PBTM if applied in ESP teaching.
