胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床分析

目的 提高对胃粘膜相关淋巴组织 (MALT)淋巴瘤的认识和诊疗水平。方法 回顾性总结本院近 12年间 2 1例原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤临床资料 ,手术标本重新切片病理诊断 ,明确分期诊断 ,并进行了追踪随访。结果 19例胃MALT淋巴瘤的病变累及范围较广 ,胃窦、胃体、小弯侧多见 ,形态多样 ,腹腔淋巴结易受累。病理属低度恶性 ,预后良好。结论 胃MALT淋巴瘤是一类新型淋巴瘤 ,全面的认识和及时有效的诊断、治疗 ,是提高此类疾病长期生存的关键。

Objective To improve the knowledge and diagnosis and treat level of gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT)lymphoma. Methods The clinical materials of 21 patients who were suffered from primary gastric malignant lymphoma during 12 years in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The pathologic specimens for re-sliceing of these patients were re-diagnosed and the clinical follow up were carried on. Results Nineteen patients with MALT lymphoma that clinical symptoms were not characteristic, lesion range was extended and manifestations were varied, lesion site was found in gastric body, antrum and gastric smaller curve, abdominal cavity lymph node was often found matastasis. The pathology is lower-grade malignancy.It has a good prognosis.Conclusion Gastric MALT lymphoma is a new type of lymphoma. The key of improve long-live time of this kinds of diseases is the comperehensive understanding and the promptly, effective diagnosis and theropy.
