摘要
语音编码方案的选取对移动通信系统的通话质量、信道容量等有重要影响。讨论了TD-SCDMA系统中AMR语音编码的自适应机制,分析了AMR中代数码本线性预测(ACELP)算法及实现过程。该方案可以在一块TMS320C5510上实现,通过在TD-SCDMA系统的硬件平台上自环测试,结果是理想的。
This paper describes an adaptive multi-rate codec for TD-SCDMA, and it also introduces how to realize the adaptation.As the coder consists of eight codecs, all use the same ACELP -method(Algebraic Code Excited Linear Predictive Coding) and modes that have different bit-rate partitionings, it can extend wireless quality to poor channel condition.All the codecs have been implemented with a single DSP chip(TMS320C5510) without degradation of the reconstructed speech,and the improvements have been obtained in a significant reduction in calculation complexity.
