竞争促进电信市场的发展,号码携带业务把竞争引入到本地电信业务中,打破原有的电信运营商的垄断,给新的运营者参与竞争的良机。基于此,介绍了号码携带业务的基本方法及概念,并对如何实现号码携带业务的技术问题进行了分析。从国外开展号码携带业务的现状及发展可以看见我国目前该项业务的发展趋势。

Competition stimulates the development of telecoms and the Number Portability Service brings the competition into locat telecoms services,stops the monoply of former telecoms operators.and provides opportunity for new operators. Based on what mentioned above,in this paper,the method and concept of Number partability Service are introduced and the realiration technologies of NPS are analyzed,and the trend in development of the NPS in China is predicted according to the current state and development in this field abroad.
