摘要
介绍了二维离散小波变换构成的多分辨分析的理论基础 ,并研究了小波变换在图像压缩中的方法。实验表明小波变换用于图像压缩能够实现很高的压缩比 。
This paper presents the theory basis of wavelet analysis and discusses the application in image data compression.Experimental results show this method has high compression ratio and many advantages.
