本文从微观角度解释宏观经济表现的增长理论,并将其作为设计经济制度和政策的工具。制度是经济增长的自变量;制度变迁才是经济增长的原动力。我们必须改变围绕增长因变量设计经济政策的传统做法,让宏观经济政策的制定重新回归制度设计这一微观基础。

This paper explains the growth theory of macroeconomic performance from a micro perspective and uses it as a tool for designing economic systems and policies.The system is the independent variable of economic growth.Institutional change is the driving force of economic growth.We must change the traditional approach surrounding growth variables,designing economic policies.So that macroeconomic policy development,re-regression system design of this micro-foundation.
