摘要
利用ADS射频仿真软件和嵌入法对倍频器的环境阻抗、有效激励电平进行了研究 ,针对倍频器输出端外加负载后对倍频效率产生的影响 。
Frequence Multiplier's condition impedance,inspiring power by embed way are researched.At the same time,aiming at the ADS(Advanced Design of Agilent)efficiency of Frequence Multiplier after the output port loaded,an improved way is put forward,and it is verified and valid in practice.
