SHT11 is a monolithic full-calibration digital temperature and relative humidity sensor based on I2C bus, which was produced by Swiss Sensirion Inc. It adopts unique CMOSensTM technique, which has the charatistic of digital output,exemption debug, room-calibrition,absohiny from peripheral circuit and full-interchange. The performance, the interface time sequence and command of SHT11 are introduced in detail. the interface circuit and programm with MCU are also given.
