家庭暴力的防治是全世界广泛关注的热门话题。澳门家暴法的出台几经周折,其出台背景、具体制度及实施状况颇具特色,既结合了澳门本地的立法和实践情况,又吸收了香港特区以及欧洲部分国家的成功经验。从生效文本来看,澳门家暴法涉及预防、救济和处罚等诸多环节,既有行政措施,也有司法手段。我国内地家暴法的出台时间与澳门家暴法较为接近,两地又均属于大陆法系地区,了解澳门家暴法的相关立法及实践,对完善内地家暴防治法律制度也会有所裨益。

Prevention and treatment of domestic violence is a hot topic of widespread concern around the world.After the twists and turns, the domestic violence law in Macao finally was promulgated and implemented. The background,the specific systems and the status of implementation are quite distinctive, not only basing on the local legislation and practice in Macao, but also absorbing successful experience of Hong Kong SAR and some European countries. From the effective text, the Macao Domestic Violence Law involves such steps as prevention, relief and punishment, administrative measures as well as judicial means. The introduction of domestic violence law in China's Mainland is close to that of the Macao Domestic Violence Law. Both of them belong to the civil law system. It is also helpful to understand and study the relevant legislation and practice of domestic violence law in Macao.
