自然流产患者胎盘绒毛组织肥胖基因的表达及意义

Expression and signification of Ob mRNA in the placental villus tissues of women with spontaneous abortion

目的:探讨肥胖基因在自然流产患者胎盘绒毛组织中的表达意义。方法:采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测30例原因不明自然流产患者(实验组)及30例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)胎盘绒毛组织中obmRNA的表达。结果:自然流产患者及正常妊娠胎盘绒毛组织中obmRNA的相对表达分别为73.4±17.5％、93.2±24.1％,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:胎盘绒毛组织中obmRNA的表达减弱可能与原因不明自然流产相关。

Objective: To investigate the expression and signification of ob mRNA in the placental villus tissues of women with spontaneous abortion. Methods: The placental villus tissues of 30 women with spontaneous abortion and 30 women with normal pregnancy were biopsied, level of ob mRNA in the above placental villus tissues was determined by semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results: The levels in the placental villus tissues of women with spontaneous abortion and normal pregnancy were 73. 4±17. 5% and 93. 2±24. 1% respectively, it was significantly different in both groups (P<0. 01) .Conclusion: Significantly decreased ob mRNA transcripts in placental villus tissues of women with spontaneous abortion may play some roles on the pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion.
