CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg)在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用。方法:选取2010年10月~2013年9月该院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者65例(A组),同期子宫肌瘤患者30例(B组)和健康体检者20例(C组),应用流式细胞仪检测所有研究对象外周血CD4+CD25+Treg的百分率,并进行比较。结果:A组患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比显著高于B组和C组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);而B组与C组外周血CD4+CD25+Treg占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CD4+CD25+Treg在子宫内膜异位症患者外周血中的表达增加,机体免疫异常是发生子宫内膜异位症的促进因素。 Objective: To explore the role of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods: Sixty-five patients with endometriosis treated in the hospital from October 2010 to September 2013 were selected as group A; 30 patients with adenomyosis during the same period were selected as group B; 20 women receiving healthy physical examination during the same period in the hospital were selected as group C. Flow cytometry was used to detect the proportions of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of all the study objects,then the results were compared. Results: The proportion of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells among CD4+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood in group A were statistically significantly higher than those in group B and group C( P < 0. 001),but there was no statistically significant difference between group B and group C( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis increases,immune dysfunction is a promoting factor of endometriosis.
