静脉注射硫酸镁在6岁以下儿童重症哮喘中的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究静脉注射硫酸镁在6岁以下儿童哮喘急性发作重症中的治疗效果,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用随机对照研究的方法,将2016年5月-2017年12月江西省儿童医院呼吸科住院的6岁以下哮喘急性发作重症患儿50例分为硫酸镁组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组患儿仅接受常规药物治疗,硫酸镁组患儿在此基础上加硫酸镁静脉注射治疗,在治疗后2 h进行评估。对两组患儿治疗前后的哮喘症状进行评分,并对气道阻力值进行统计学分析。结果在50例研究对象中,硫酸镁组有2例病例脱失。两组患儿症状及气道阻力较治疗前均有所下降(P<0. 05)。硫酸镁组患儿在治疗后的哮喘症状评分及气道阻力较对照组有所下降(P<0. 05)。结论静脉使用硫酸镁能明显改善6岁以下哮喘急性发作重症患儿的症状及肺功能,治疗儿童支气管哮喘安全有效,值得临床推广。 Objective To research the curative effect of intravenous injection of magnesium sulfate in treatment of severe asthma in children under six years old,provide a reference for clinical drug therapy. Methods Fifty children with acute attack of asthma under six years old were selected from Department of Respiration from May 2016 to December 2017,then they were divided into magnesium sulfate group and control group,25 children in each group. The children in control group were treated by conventional drug therapy,and the children in magnesium sulfate group were treated by intravenous injection of magnesium sulfate based on conventional drug therapy. All the children were evaluated after two hours of treatment. Asthma symptom scores were evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups. Airway resistance was analyzed statistically. Results Among 50 children,two children were lost to follow-up. Asthma symptom scores and airway resistance after treatment were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups( P < 0. 05). Asthma symptom score and airway resistance after treatment in magnesium sulfate group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion Intravenous injection of magnesium sulfate can significantly improve symptoms and pulmonary function of children with acute attack of asthma under six years old,which is safe and effective in treatment of children with asthma,so the method is worthy of chinical promotion.
