延迟脐带结扎对早产儿贫血及相关指标的影响

Influence of delayed ligation of umbilical cord on anemia and related indexes of premature infants

目的分析延迟脐带结扎对早产儿贫血及相关指标的影响,为早产儿脐带结扎时间的选择提供理论依据。方法选取2016年2月-2017年10月在温州市人民医院分娩的90例早产儿为研究对象,根据脐带结扎时间分为对照组(常规脐带结扎组)和观察组(延迟脐带结扎组),每组各45例。比较两组早产儿出生后1周、2周及4周的贫血发生率、血常规指标及相关铁参数。结果观察组出生后1周、2周及4周贫血发生率均低于对照组,两组出生后1周、2周及4周的血常规指标及相关铁参数持续变化,且观察组的血常规指标及相关铁参数均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论延迟脐带结扎防控早产儿贫血的效果较好,且对相关指标的影响也更为积极,因此迟脐带结扎的临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the influence of delayed ligation of umbilical cord on anemia and related indexes of premature infants,provide a theoretical basis for selection of ligation time of umbilical cord. Methods Ninety premature infants born in Wenzhou People’s Hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected as study object,then they were divided into control group( routine ligation of umbilical cord) and observation group( delayed ligation of umbilical cord),45 premature infants in each group. The incidence rates of anemia,routine blood test indexes,and related iron parameters at 1,2,and 4 weeks after birth were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of anemia at 1,2,and 4 weeks after birth in observation group were lower than those in control group. At 1,2,and 4 weeks after birth,routine blood test indexes and related iron parameters continuously changed in the two groups,routine blood test indexes and related iron parameters in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion The prevention and control effect of delayed ligation of umbilical cord for anemia of premature infants is good,and the influence on related indexes are active,so the clinical application value of delayed ligation of umbilical cord is high.
