职业母亲工作满意度、婚姻质量与养育压力的关系调查

Relationships between job satisfaction and marital quality of working mothers and parenting stress

目的调查婴儿职业母亲的工作满意度、婚姻质量及养育压力之间的关系。方法采用明尼苏达满意度问卷、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适测定和养育压力问卷对北京市126名14个月婴儿的职业母亲进行问卷调查。结果男童母亲的养育压力总分显著高于女童母亲。婚姻失调组的养育压力总分显著高于婚姻调试组的养育压力总分;工作满意度与婚姻质量呈显著正相关,与养育压力总分、育儿愁苦维度、儿童困难特质维度呈显著负相关。婚姻质量与养育压力总分、育儿愁苦维度呈显著负相关;婚姻质量在工作满意度及养育压力总分、育儿愁苦维度之间起部分中介作用。结论职业母亲的工作满意度可以通过婚姻质量间接作用于总体的养育压力和育儿愁苦。

Objective To survey the relationships between job satisfaction and marital quality of working mothers and parenting stress.Methods A total of 126 working mothers of infants aged 14 months old were surveyed by Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire( MSQ),Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test,and Parenting Stress Index-Short Form( PSI-SF). Results The total score of parenting stress among working mothers of boys was significantly higher than that among working mothers of girls. The total score of parenting stress in marital maladjustment group was significantly higher than that in marital adjustment group. Job satisfaction was significantly positively correlated with marital quality,and it was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of parenting stress,parenting distress dimension,and child difficult idiosyncrasy dimension. Marital quality was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of parenting stress and parenting distress dimension. Marital quality partially mediated the associations between job satisfaction and the total score of parenting stress,parenting distress dimension. Conclusion Job satisfaction of working mothers affects the total parenting stress and parenting distress through marital quality.
