摘要
目的探讨CD209、CD209L基因多态性与HBV宫内感染的关系。方法选取2016年5月-2017年8月在该院分娩的乙肝大三阳孕妇90例,分为观察组(宫内感染) 41例和对照组(无宫内感染) 49例,检测两组CD209 SNP位点(rs2287887)和CD209L SNP位点(rs11260029)多态性。结果 CD209 SNP位点(rs2287887)基因型分别为AA型、AC型和CC型; CD209L SNP位点(rs11260029)基因型分别为CC型、CT型和TT型;观察组和对照组CD209 SNP位点(rs2287887)基因型和等位基因分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组CC基因型和等位基因C比例分别为39.02%和57.32%;观察组和对照组CD209L SNP位点(rs11260029)基因型和等位基因分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组CC基因型和等位基因C比例分别为26.83%和45.12%。结论 CD209 SNP位点(rs2287887)和CD209L SNP位点(rs11260029)基因多态性可能与HBV宫内感染有一定关系。
Objective To explore the relationships between CD209,CD209L gene polymorphisms and intrauterine infection of HBV.Methods Ninety pregnant women with positive Hbs Ag,Hbe Ag,Hbc Ab were selected from Longgang District Central Hospital from May 2016 to August 2017,then they were divided into observation group(intrauterine infection,41 cases) and control group(without intrauterine infection,49 cases).Gene polymorphisms of CD209 SNP locus(rs2287887) and CD209L SNP locus(rs11260029) were detected in the two groups.Results The genotypes of CD209 SNP locus(rs2287887) were AA,AC,and CC,respectively;the genotypes of CD209L SNP locus(rs11260029) were CC,CT,and TT,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in distributions of genotypes and alleles of CD209 SNP locus(rs2287887) between observation group and control group(P<0.05),the proportions of CC genotype and C allele in observation group were 39.02% and 57.32%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in distributions of genotypes and alleles of CD209L SNP locus(rs11260029) between observation group and control group(P<0.05),the proportions of CC genotype and C allele in observation group were 26.83% and 45.12%,respectively.Conclusion Gene polymorphisms of CD209 SNP locus(rs2287887) and CD209L SNP locus(rs11260029) may be related to intrauterine infection of HBV.
