狼疮抗凝物、β2糖蛋白1抗体及抗心磷脂抗体与习惯性流产的相关性研究

Study on the correlations between lupus anticoagulant,β2 glycoprotein 1 antibody,anticardiolipin antibody and habitual abortion

目的探讨柳州地区ACA、LA及β2-GP I抗体阳性率与习惯性流产之间的相关性。方法本研究采用病例-对照方法选取2017-2018年在柳州市妇幼保健院围产保健科确诊复发性流产的患者300例为病例组,同期在本院体检的正常妇女200例为对照组,采用化学发光法、凝固法、胶体金法对相关项目进行检测并分析。结果病例组患者ACA、LA及β2-GP I抗体阳性率高于对照组妇女,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);不同年龄段ACA阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);ACA、LA及β2-GP I抗体阳性及阴性跟习惯性流产的相关性差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 ACA、LA及β2-GP I抗体阳性率与习惯性流产之间具有一定的相关性,其阳性结果加大了患习惯性流产的风险。

Objective To explore the correlations between lupus anticoagulant(LA),β2 glycoprotein 1(β2-GP1)antibody,anticardiolipin antibody(ACA)and habitual abortion in Liuzhou.Methods A case-control study was performed,300 patients diagnosed as habitual abortion definitely in Department of Perinatal Health Care in Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected as case group,and 200 normal women receiving physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Chemiluminescence method,solidification method,and colloidal gold method were used to detect and analyze the related indexes.Results The positive rates of ACA,LA,andβ2-GP1 antibodies in case group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of ACA among the patients in different age groups(P<0.05).ACA,LA,andβ2-GP1 were correlated with habitual abortion(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of ACA,LA,andβ2-GP1 antibodies are correlated with habitual abortion to a certain extent,and the positive result increases the risk of habitual abortion.
