应用组合熵权灰色关联法评价医院感染管理质量

Application of the Combined Entropy Weighted Grey Correlation Method in the Evaluation of the Quality of Hospital Infection Management

目的本研究主要采用组合熵权灰色关联方法对某综合医院感染管理质量各项指标进行综合评价,探讨评价方法的科学性,并为提高综合医院感染管理质量提供依据。方法本研究收集了某综合医院感染管理办公室2013年-2017年医院感染数据资料,并选取了7项医院感染的主要指标,采用组合熵权灰色关联方法对医院感染各项指标进行分析,计算得到灰色关联度,并进行关联度大小排序。综合评价医院感染管理质量,促进医院感染管理水平的提高。结果应用组合熵权灰色关联方法进行分析医院感染管理质量以2013年最差,2017年最好,从2013年到2017年总趋势是逐年提高的,关联度分别为0.0466、0.0672、0.0753、0.1013和0.1267。结论采用组合熵权灰色关联对医院感染管理质量进行评价,结果直观、可靠,具有很大的实用价值。今后的工作应该重视医院感染管理质量的控制与评价工作。

Objectives In this study, the gray correlation based on combined entropy method was used to comprehensively evaluate the hospital infection management quality in a comprehensive hospital, to explore the scientificity of evaluation method and to provide basis for improving the quality of hospital infection management.Methods We applied gray correlation model based on combined entropy to analyze the infection data in a comprehensive hospital from 2013 to 2017, selected seven major indicators of hospital infection, calculateed and sorted the grey. Comprehensively evaluating the quality of hospital infection management and promoting the improvement of hospital infection management level. Results The results showed that the quality of hospital infection management was the worst in 2013, best in 2017. From 2013 to 2017, the general trend of the quality of hospital infection administration was increased. The relevance is 0.0466, 0.0672, 0.0753, 0.1013 and 0.1267 from 2013 to 2017. Conclusions Applying gray correlation model based on combined entropy to evaluate the quality of hospital infection management was intuitive, reliable and practical. The future work should pay attention to the control and evaluation of hospital infection management quality.
