离休干部白内障住院患者状况分析

Analysis on the Status of Cataract Patients in Retired Cadres

目的通过对某院男性离休干部白内障住院患者状况分析,研究老年性白内障疾病特点,延缓发病机率,对疾病预防与治疗提供参考依据,提高离休干部保健工作。方法回顾性分析2010年-2017年687例男性白内障住院离休干部的病案首页数据资料,采用ICD-10为疾病分类原则,对年龄结构、白内障手术率、疾病分类例数顺位进行分析。结果 2010年-2017年男性离休干部眼科住院患者1143例,白内障住院患者是687例,占60.10%,其中307例是白内障手术患者。男性离休干部患白内障疾病年龄段高发在80～89岁372人,占54.15%,选择白内障手术患者的年龄段高发在80～89岁178人,占57.98%。在白内障疾病分类中,白内障253例,占36.83%,位居第一,其次是联合性白内障163例,占23.72%,位居第二,核型白内障149例,占21.69%,皮质型白内障109例,占15.87%,囊下极型白内障13例,占1.89%。结论高龄老年性白内障疾病率明显增高,目前超高龄老人选择手术治疗是白内障的主要方法。手术时间短,切口小,恢复块。提高生活质量。也为临床提供治疗参考依据。

Objective Based on the analysis of the inpatients with cataract of male retired cadres in a certain hospital,the characteristics of senile cataract diseases were studied,the probability of onset was delayed,the reference was provided for the prevention and treatment of diseases,and the health care work of retired cadres was improved.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of the first page of the medical record of retired male cataract inpatients from 2010 to 2017.The age structure,cataract operation rate and the number of cases classified as diseases were analyzed by ICD-10.Results from 2010 to 2017,1143 male retired cadres were hospitalized in ophthalmology,while 687 cases(60.10%)were admitted to cataract.307 of them were cataract surgery patients.The incidence of cataract disease in male retired cadres was high in 80-89 years old,372 people(54.15%),and the age of cataract surgery patients was 80-89 years old,178 people(57.98%).In the classification of cataract diseases,253 cases(36.83%)were cataract,followed by 163 cases(23.72%)of combined cataract,149 cases(21.69%)of nuclear cataract,109 cases(15.87%)of cortical cataract.13 cases(1.89%)with subcapsular polar cataract.Conclusion The rate of senile cataract is significantly higher than that of the elderly.Surgical treatment is the main method of cataract in the elderly.The operation time is short,the incision is small,the recovery block.Let retired cadres restore vision,improve the quality of life.It also provides reference for clinical treatment.
