不同治疗方案对多囊卵巢综合征致复发性流产患者的BMI、胰岛素抵抗指数影响分析

Effect of Different Treatment Regimens on BMI and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Recurrent Abortion Induced by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨不同治疗方案对多囊卵巢综合征致复发性流产患者的BMI、胰岛素抵抗指数影响分析。方法本研究将2016年1月至2017年1月期间在我院接受治疗的70例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为A组(n=35)和B组(n=35),其中A组患者单纯采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,B组患者则实施炔雌醇环丙孕酮片+二甲双胍治疗,并加以生活管理和心理治疗。治疗三个月后,再对两组实施国产人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)进行排卵治疗。分别对A组和B组治疗前后的BMI和HOMAR-IR及流产率进行客观的比较。结果治疗前,A组和B组间的BMI和HOMAR-IR指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,B组患者的BMI和HOMAR-IR指标明显低于A组和治疗前(P<0.05);此外,两组间的流产率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同治疗方案可以有助于降低多囊卵巢综合征致复发性流产BMI、胰岛素抵抗指数及流产率,具备了推广优势。

Objective To explore the effect of different treatment on BMI and insulin resistance index in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods In this study,70 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into group A(n=35)and group B(n=35)according to the method of random number table.The patients in group A were treated with Diane-35 alone,while those in group B were treated with Diane-35+metformin and were given daily life.Management and psychotherapy.After three months of treatment,the two groups were treated with menopausal gonadotropin(HMG).The BMI and HOMAR-IR and abortion rate before and after treatment in A group and B group were compared Objectively.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI and HOMAR-IR between group A and group B(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMI and HOMAR-IR indexes in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05),and the abortion rate between the two groups was also significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The different treatment scheme can help to reduce the BMI,insulin resistance index and abortion rate of recurrent abortion caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,and has the advantage of popularization.
