In order to overcome the defects of traditional medical record copying service,innovate the working model and realize the important measures of convenience and benefit to the people such as improving medical service action plan,our hospital explored to provide the function of mailing medical record copying service based on WeChat public account service.Patients upload identify information through WeChat public account,select the copy content,and the staffs from medical record management department completed the identity audit,and finally mailed to the hands of patients.The application of WeChat public account copy platform not only makes patients no longer limited by time and region,but also truly realizes the vision of making information run more and patients running zero,which greatly improves the medical experience of patients.Besides it also saves the labor cost of the hospital and relieves the working pressure of the copy window of the medical record.At the same time,the service still faces patient recognition and network security,which require us to strengthen publicity,ensure the security of information network,optimize the working process,and achieve continuous improvement of medical record copying service.
