Practice and Thinking of Multi-channel Reservation Registration

为疏解医院挂号窗口拥挤,按照北京市卫健委统一要求,某院多年来不断创新管理办法,探索多渠道预约挂号,即由单一窗口挂号改由不同方式预约挂号,现已有电话预约、网络预约、微信预约、银行预约、自助机终端预约、诊间预约等多种预约挂号渠道。多渠道预约挂号为不同群体患者提供个性化预约途径,通过丰富挂号渠道和扩大预约范围,以实名制预约就诊为前提,使患者在家就能挂号,极大改善了挂号难、排队长的问题,有效减少了医患矛盾的发生,提高了患者预约就诊的效率,更好地为患者提供方便、快捷、有序的挂号服务。多渠道预约挂号推进了由人工挂号模式到自助挂号模式的转变。

In order to relieve the crowded registration window,according to the unified requirements of Beijing Municipal Health Commission,Xuanwu Hospital has been innovating management methods for many years,exploring multi-channel reservation registration,that is,from single window registration to different ways of reservation registration.Now there are many kinds of reservation registration,such as telephone reservation,network reservation,Wechat reservation,bank reservation,self-help terminal reservation,inter-consultation reservation and so on.Multi-channel appointment registration provides individualized appointment channels for different groups of patients.By enriching the registration channels and expanding the scope of appointment,and taking real-name appointment as the premise,patients can register at home,which greatly improves the problems of difficult registration and long queue,effectively reduces the occurrence of doctor-patient contradictions,and improves patients’appointment.The efficiency of diagnosis can better provide convenient,fast and orderly registration service for patients.Multi-channel reservation registration promotes the transformation from manual registration mode to self-service registration mode.
