基于DRGs的某三级医院普外科住院医疗服务绩效评价分析

Performance Evaluation and Analysis of General Surgery Inpatient Medical Service in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital based on DRGs

目的基于DRGs对普外科各小组的绩效展开评价,为管理者加强精细化管理提供指导。方法以北京版DRGs分组方式作为本次研究的风险调整工具,运用能力、效率、安全这3个维度的6项指标以及综合指数法对医院的住院医疗服务绩效进行分析。结果 B小组的能力方面评分最高,其他组依次为A、C、D,C小组的效率方面评分最高,其他组依次为A、D、B,计算综合指数后4组排序依次为B、C、A、D,综合指数分别为3. 92、2.44、2.26、1.49。大部分小组保持较高的医疗质量,但个别组存在病种收治数量较少及时间消耗较高的问题。结论 DRGs是一种客观的对绩效展开评价的方法 ,它可以让管理者全面地了解各病组的运行情况,从而改进环节的质控,做到更好地服务于人民群众。

Objectives In this study,we evaluate the hospital service performance of surgical inpatients by using the diagnosis related groups(DRGs),and then put forward advises on how to strengthen the hospital inpatient service performance.Methods According to CN-DRGs packet mode,we use capacity,efficiency and safety to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.Results The group B has the highest score in terms of ability,other groups are A,C,D in order.and the final composite index.The group C has the highest score in terms of efficiency other groups are A,D,B in order.After calculating the composite index,the four groups are ranked as B,C,A,and D.The composite indices were 3.92,2.44,2.26,and 1.49,respectively.Most groups maintain a high level of medical quality,but some groups had high time of consumption.Conclusions DRGs was an objective method to evaluate the performance,which allowed managers to fully understand the operation of each disease group,so as to improve the quality control and to better serve the people.
