角色互换的翻转课堂在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中的应用 被引量:8

The Application of Role Reversal Flipped Classroom in the Teaching of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中的应用及效果。方法以耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学急慢性化脓性中耳炎章节为例,设计完整的基于翻转课堂模式的教学方案。选取某医科大学2014级临床医学五年制1班和2班学生,按班级为单位随机分为2组,分组后试验班学生95人,对照班学生101人。采用对照试验和问卷调查的研究方法 ,对计量资料采用t检验和卡方检验作双侧显著性分析,综合评估学习效果。结果试验班平均成绩78. 6分,对照班73. 9分,试验班成绩高出4. 7分;90分以上的优秀率,试验班高出3.3%; 80~89分之间的比率,试验班高出13. 4%;而80分以下的比率试验班减少了16.7%。涉及急、慢性中耳炎的知识点的完全正确率,试验组为29. 5%,对照组为15.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义。问卷结果显示大部分学生明确教学目标,认为该教学模式增加了主动参与机会,调动了学习热情。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科急慢性化脓性中耳炎章节教学中,采用翻转课堂教学模式,对提高学习成绩,增加知识点的理解能力,加强学生学习能动性和参与度有积极促进作用。 Objective To explore the application and effect of flipped classroom in the teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods Taking the section of acute and chronic suppurative otitismedia as an example,a relatively complete teaching plan based on flipped classroom model was designed and implemented.The students selected from two classes in 2014 of clinical medicine for five years in a medical University were randomly divided into two groups according to the class unit.There were 95 students in the experimental class and 101 students in the control class.The study results were analyzed by the method of control experiment and questionnaire survey in t-test and chi-square test.Results The average score of the experimental class was 78.6,and that of the experimental class was 4.7 points higher than the control class.The excellent rate of over 90 in the experimental class was 3.3 percent higher than the control class.The ratio between 80 and 89 points in the experimental class was 13.4%higher than the control class.The rate of scores below 80 was 16.7 percent lower than the control class.The full accuracy of knowledge points involving acute and chronic otitis media was 29.5%in the experimental class and15.8%in the control class.There was significant difference between the two classes.According to the questionnaire results,most of the students know clearly the teaching goal and think that the teaching mode increases the opportunity of active participation and arouses the enthusiasm of learning.Conclusions In the teaching of'acute and chronic suppurative otitis media'in otolaryngology head and neck surgery,the flipped classroom teaching mode had a positive effect on improving academic performance,understanding ability of knowledge points,and students’learning initiative and participation.
