摘要
目的探讨实行案例中心教学法(CBL)结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)教学法在中医心血管内科临床教学中的效果。方法研究对象为2018年1月-2018年3月某院心血管科实习生共64名随机分为对照组32例和观察组32例,对照组采用传统教学模式(LBL),观察组采用CBL联合OSCE教学模式。比较两组考试成绩及教学满意度。结果观察组实习生病史采集、查体和病例书写,临床病例分析,理论考试及临床操作技能成绩均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生对教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科实习生教学过程中采用OSCE结合CBL的模式能够提高学生各项考核成绩,更加全面、真实反映学习成果,同时更能够满足学生需求,但是也对教学资源提出更大的挑战。
Objective To explore the effect of CBL combined with OSCE Teaching method in Clinical Teaching of Cardiovascular Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods From January 2018 to March 2018,64 intern students from cardiovascular department in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,the observation group adopted the CBL combined with OSCE teaching model.Test scores and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of medical history collection,physical examination and case writing,clinical case analysis,theoretical examination and clinical operation skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of intern in cardiovascular medicine,the model of OSCE combined with CBL can improve the students’examination results,be more comprehensive,reflect the learning results,and meet the needs of the students.But it also poses a greater challenge to teaching resources.
