Application of CBL combined with EBM in clinical teaching of critical care medicine

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(CBL)结合循证医学(EBM)的教学模式在重症医学科教学中的应用效果。方法将2016年9月-2018年8月在某院重症医学科轮转的学生按入科时间分为对照组和实验组,每组28名学生。对照组采取传统教学方法 ,实验组采用CBL联合EBM教学模式。应用客观指标和主观指标比较教学效果。结果实验组考核成绩总分明显高于对照组(88.2±6.6)vs(80.2±6.3),P<0.05。实验组教学法有助于提高学生学习兴趣(92.9%vs 75%)、积极主动性(92.9%vs 64.2%),有助于培养查阅资料的能力(92.9%vs 28.6%)、提高发现临床问题能力(85.7%vs 67.9%)、提高解决临床问题能力(89.3%vs53.6%),培养团队合作精神(85.7%vs 10.7%),教学效果满意度明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 CBL结合EBM的教学模式应用于重症医学科临床教学具有较好的教学效果,有一定的推广价值。 Objective To explore the application of case-based learning(CBL)combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM)education to instruc.tion of students in the teaching of critical care medicine.Methods A total of 56 medical students transferred to the intensive care unit from September 2016 to August 2018 were divided into two groups by admission time:control group and experimental group,with 28 students in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the CBL combined with EBM teaching method was used in the experimental group.Teaching effect was compared by objective and subjective indicators.Results The total score in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(88.2±6.6)vs(80.2±6.3),P<0.05.The teaching method in the experimental group can improve the students’interest in learning(92.9%vs 75%),proactivity(92.9%vs 64.2%),and contribute to develop the ability to consult materials(92.9%vs 28.6%),improve the ability to discover clinical problems(85.7%vs 67.9%),improve the ability to solve clinical problems(89.3%vs53.6%),cultivate the spirit of teamwork(85.7%vs 10.7%).The satisfactory degree of teaching effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with EBM education can lead to better outcomes for students in learning critical care medicine and be wothy of wider application in clinical teaching.
