摘要
目的研究和分析EGFR基因突变与肺腺癌主要病理分型及标本类型的相关性。方法选择某院自2016年1月至2018年11月收治的120例肺腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,各60例,一组行活检标本基因检测(活检组),一组行手术切除标本基因检测(切除组),分析EGFR基因突变与肺腺癌主要病理分型及标本类型的相关性。结果切除组患者检出的EGFR基因突变率(61.7%)与活检组(63.3%)对比无统计学意义,P>0.05;其中,切除组和活检组女性患者EGFR基因突变率(74.4%)、(67.6%)均显著高于男性(52.4%)、(52.2%),P<0.05;活检组中<60岁EGFR基因突变率(60.0%)与≥60岁患者(65.0%)无统计学意义,P>0.05;切除组中<60岁患者EGFR基因突变率(72.7%)显著高于≥60岁患者(55.3%),P>0.05;活检组中检出的病理分型为:18例腺泡型、10例贴壁型、4例乳头型、2例微乳头型、4例实体型;切除组检出的病理分型为:20例腺泡型、9例贴壁型、6例乳头型、2例实体型。结论肺腺癌标本类型与EGFR基因突变率无明显相关性,活检标本及手术切除标本检出的病理分型具有一定差异。
Objective To study and analyze the correlation between EGFR gene mutation and main pathological types and specimen types of lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 120 patients with lung adenocarcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each,one group of biopsy specimens for gene detection(biopsy group),and one group of surgically resected specimens for gene detection(resection group)to analyze EGFR gene mutations and main pathological types and specimens of lung adenocarcinoma type correlation.Results There was no significant difference in the EGFR gene mutation rate(61.7%)between the patients in the resection group and the biopsy group(63.3%),P>0.05.Among them,the EGFR gene mutation rate(74.4%)in the resection group and the biopsy group.(67.6%)were significantly higher than males(52.4%),(52.2%),P<0.05;there was no significant difference between the biopsy group<60 years old EGFR gene mutation rate(60.0%)and≥60 years old patients(65.0%).P>0.05;EGFR gene mutation rate in patients<60 years old in the resection group(72.7%)was significantly higher than that in patients aged 60 years or older(55.3%),P>0.05;the pathological type detected in the biopsy group was:18 cases of acinar Type,10 cases of adherent type,4 cases of nipple type,2 cases of micropapillary type,4 cases of solid type;pathological types detected by resection group were:20 cases of acinar type,9 cases of adherent type,6 cases of nipple type 2 cases of physical type.Conclusion There is no significant correlation between the type of lung adenocarcinoma and the mutation rate of EGFR gene.The pathological types of biopsy specimens and surgical resection specimens have certain differences.
