摘要
目的探讨有氧运动记录单在CABG后患者运动能力恢复的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月于某院行CABG术的冠心病患者80例。采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组术后采用常规健康教育,观察组术后采用自行设计的有氧运动记录单进行计划训练。比较两组患者训练前后心率恢复、运动能力情况、功能性体适能及氧化应激水平。结果训练后,观察组HRRI(9.14±2.66)、PP(96.18+±17.30)、VO2peak(17.69±3.34)及AT(12.98±3.40)均显著高于对照组[(7.80±2.43),(86.12±16.53),(15.64±4.06),(11.04±3.12)];观察组上肢肌力(16.37±0.75)、下肢肌力(12.45±0.64)及有氧耐力(348.56±12.25)显著高于对照组[(15.98±0.84),(11.27±0.70),337.96±12.95)],上肢柔韧性(14.20±1.95)、下肢柔韧性(-9.45±1.95)、灵活性/平衡性(9.13±0.45)显著低于对照组[(18.96±2.03),(-8.53±2.05),(9.66±0.52)];观察组血浆SOD(320.14±23.66)、NO(498.18±301.30)水平显著高于对照组[(108.18±21.73),(386.31±168.74)],血浆LOOH(0.47±0.20)水平显著低于对照组(0.72±0.18),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用有氧记录单进行患者康复训练,能够提高冠心病CABG术后患者运动功能及功能性体适能指标,改善机体氧化应激反应程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise record sheet on the recovery of motor ability after CABG.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,80 patients with coronary heart disease underwent CABG in a hospital.All patients were randomly divided into control group(n≤40)and observation group(n≤40).The control group was given routine health education after operation,and the observation group was trained with a self-designed aerobic exercise record sheet after operation.Heart rate recovery,exercise ability,functional body fitness and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups before and after training.Results After training,HRRI(9.14±2.66),PP(96.18±17.30),V02 peak(17.69±3.34)and AT(12.98±3.40)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(7.80±2.43),(86.12±16.53),(15.64±4.06),(11.04±3.12)].The muscle strength of upper limb,lower extremity muscle strength and aerobic endurance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(15.98±0.84),(11.27±0.70),(337.96±12.95)],and the muscle strength of the lower extremity(12.45±0.64)and aerobic endurance(348.56±12.25)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(15.98±0.84±0.70).The flexibility of upper limb(14.20±1.95)flexibility of lower extremity(-9.45±1.95)and flexibility/balance(9.13±0.45)were significantly lower than those of control group[(18.96±2.03),(-8.53±2.05),(9.66±0.52)].The plasma SOD level in the observation group(320.14±23.66),NO(498.18±301.30)was significantly higher than that in the control group[(108.18±21.73),(386.31±168.74)],and the plasma LOOH level was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.72±0.18).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation training of patients with coronary heart disease(CAD)with aerobic recording sheet can improve the motor function and functional body fitness index of patients with coronary heart disease(CAD)after CABG,and improve the degree of oxidative stress response.
