摘要
本文概述了中国能效标识制度实施近10年的成果及对未来展望,通过能效标识制度实施,促使经济与社会效益健康增长,分析实施监管及借鉴国外经验,并提出完善我国能效标识制度的对策和建议。
This paper summarizes nearly 10 years of practices and the future outlook of Chinese energy efficiency labeling system. Sustainable economic growth and social benefits have been achieved via the implementation of the labeling system. Besides, the foreign experiences of energy efficiency labeling system and the suggestions as well as solutions for Chinese present energy efficiency labeling system are also proposed in this paper.
