浅析黑龙江省中俄跨境公路、铁路运输现状及几点问题

Analysis on some problems of Sino-Russian crossing border highway and railway transportation in Heilongjiang

本文结合目前中俄双边合作政策对接情况,梳理了黑龙江省中俄跨境口岸、公路、铁路发展现状,根据边境公路、铁路运输遇到的具体标准化相关问题,给出建议性解决方案,为打通双边贸易节点提供借鉴。

Combined with the current situation of Sino Russian bilateral cooperation policy,this paper analyzes the development status of Sino-Russian crossing border port,highway and railway in Heilongjiang province,according to the related problems about specific standardization showed in border highway and railway transportation,it gives the suggestions in order to provide the reference for the open section of bilateral trade
