本文通过分析我国房地产行业在成本控制方面存在的问题,根据实际情况,提出如何从决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收各个环节实现成本控制,最大限度地降低开发成本。

Based on the analysis of the problems in the cost control of the real estate industry in China,this paper puts forward how to realize the cost control from the decision-making,design,bidding,construction and final acceptance to minimize the development cost according to the actual situation.
