针对目前高校和科研院所科技成果转化水平不高,标准重视不足、标准化人才缺乏等问题,本文拟探索政府、企业、专业标准化科研机构与高校和科研院所联合机制。打造一个从科技成果专利化,专利成果标准化的灵敏机制,建立良好合作关系,共同培育新一代标准化人才,促进经济持续健康发展和社会全面进步。

Focus on the problems of low transformation of scientific and technical achievement and lack of attention of standardization,the paper is discussing a combination between government,enterprises,professional standardization institutes,universities,and research institutes.To make a fast transformation of scientific and technical achievements to patents,patents to standards,and establish a good cooperation,foster standardization talents together,promote a sustainable and healthy economic development and all-round social progress.
