摘要
本文根据标准IEC 60891和IEC 61215提供的测试要求及方法,采用脉冲式太阳模拟器对高效光伏组件分别在单次闪光和分段闪光两种方法下进行了温度系数的测试。对比研究两种测试结果并分析测试过程中I-V特性曲线的异常,提出针对高效光伏组件温度系数精准测量方案。
According to the test requirements and methods provided by IEC 60891 and IEC 61215, the pulsed solar simulator is used to test the temperature coefficient of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules in single flash and segmented flash. Comparing the two test results and analyzing the abnormality of the I-V characteristic curve during the test, an accurate measurement scheme for the temperature coefficient of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules is proposed.
