摘要
以不同种类的食品模拟物进行迁移试验,用原子荧光光谱法测定了PET塑料制品浸泡液中的锑迁移量。实验结果表明,以4%乙酸,10%乙醇,20%乙醇为模拟物时,测试标准曲线的线性好,检出限低,精密度高,回收率较好,准确度高,适合用本方法进行日常的检测试验;以50%乙醇和95%乙醇为模拟物时,测试标准曲线的线性差,精密度低,不适合用本方法进行日常的检测试验。以玉米油为模拟物时,测试标准曲线的线性好,检出限低,但精密度不高,回收率较差,准确度较低,如用本方法进行日常的检测试验,存在一定风险。
By migration experiments with different food simulants, this paper determines the antimony migration in soaking solution of PET plastic products by AFS. The results show that, using 4% acetic acid, 10% ethanol and 20% ethanol as simulants, the test gets good linearity, low detection limit, high precision, good recovery and high accuracy, it is suitable for routine test. Using 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol as simulants, the test gets bad linearity and low precision, it is not suitable for routine test. Using corn oil as simulants, the test gets good linearity and low detection limit, but low precision, poor recovery and low accuracy. There is a certain risk when the method is used for routine test.
