摘要
采用原子荧光光谱法测定8种化妆品中汞的含量,通过湿式回流消解法和浸提法2种前处理方法,建立寻找一种合适的化妆品前处理方法。实验结果表明湿式回流消解法的加标回收率分别为86.2%~103.7%,相对标准偏差分别为0.7%~5.0%;浸提法的加标回收率分别为80.3%~104.0%,相对标准偏差分别为0.8%~4.9%。2种方法在化妆品中汞含量的测定结果均较为准确,各有优缺点,可以根据实际情况选择合适的分析方法。
The content of mercury in 8 kinds of cosmetics was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Wet digestion and extraction method were compared to find a suitable pretreatment method for cosmetics. The experimental results showed that the recoveries of the wet digestion method were 86.2%-103.7%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.7%-5.0%. The recoveries of the extraction method were 80.3%-104.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.8%-4.9%. The results of the two methods in the determination of mercury content in cosmetics were both accurate. The pretreatment methods for cosmetics could be chosen according to the actual situation.
