摘要
拉伸试验是评价橡胶材料力学性能的重要指标,本文依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T528-2009《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》的相关规定,分析了在试验过程中不同因素对橡胶材料拉伸强度试验不确定度的影响,对如何提高测量系统的稳定性提出意见。
Tensile test is an important indicator for the evaluation of mechanical property of rubber materials. According to the relevant regulations in JF 1059.1-2012, Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement() and GB/T 528-2009, Rubber vulcanized or thermoplastic-Determination of tensile stress-strain properties(), this paper analyzes the effect of different factors on the uncertainty of tensile test and gives advice on improving the stability of measurement system.
