平消胶囊联合高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Pingxiao Capsule combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma

目的探讨平消胶囊联合高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年8月至2018年2月收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用高强度聚焦超声治疗,研究组采用平消胶囊联合高强度聚焦超声治疗。治疗6个月后,对比两组的疗效及两组治疗前后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD56的水平,检测两组的病灶体积、子宫体积变化。结果研究组的总有效率比对照组高(93.37%vs 80.00%,P<0.05);研究组治疗后的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD56明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD56比对照组高(P<0.05);两组治疗后的病灶体积、子宫体积明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的病灶体积[(39.71±10.47)cm^3vs(49.12±12.35)cm^3]、子宫体积[(109.35±15.28)cm^3vs(121.70±17.06)cm^3]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平消胶囊能进一步提高高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效,改善免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pingxiao Capsule combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with uterine leiomyoma who received treatment from August 2016 to February 2018 was retrospectively analyzed,and all the patients were divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound,and the study group was treated with Pingxiao capsule combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound.Results The total efficacy rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(93.38% vs 80.00%,P<0.05).The CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and CD56 were significantly higher in study group after the treatment,and they were higher in study group than those in control group(all P<0.05).After the treatment,the volume of lesion and uterus decreased significantly in both group(all P<0.05).Compared with control group,the volume of lesion and uterus were smaller in study group after the treatment[(39.71±10.47)cm^3 vs(49.12±12.35)cm^3,P<0.05;(109.35±15.28) cm^3 vs(121.70±17.06) cm^3,P<0.05].Conclusion Pingxiao capsule can further improve the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroids and improve the immune function.
