母胎界面病原微生物识别与感染预防
摘要
母胎界面是由代表母体组织的子宫蜕膜与代表胎儿组织的滋养细胞共同形成的界面,是一个免疫学环境很特殊的地方。因为带有父方同种异体抗原的胎儿对母体来说是一个半同种移植物,母胎界面既要促进对胎儿的耐受,同时又要保持对外来病原体的宿主防御功能。因此,如果机体不能有效地清除感染物质,或者免疫反应过度,都有可能对妊娠结局产生不良影响。临床研究显示,母体子宫内细菌或病毒感染与妊娠期综合征,如流产、早产。
