基层医改的走向大致有:服务主体从乡村医生到全科医生,服务对象从扩大覆盖面到提高保障水平,服务范围从疾病治疗到健康教育,服务技术从追求高端到倡导适宜,服务评价从经济效益到社会效益。这些走向显示:国家基层卫生政策不仅仅是为弥补基层薄弱的"政策倾斜",而是一种基于以人为本理念的"战略选择"。面向基层医学生将来所要从事的职业具有高度的重要性,他们将是医学重心前移的开路者、医学模式转变的探索者和医学本质回归的体现者。

The trends of the primary health care reform mainly inclmded:the service provider devedloped from rural doctors to gener-al practitioners, the service object devedloped from expanding the coverage to improve the level of protection, the scope of service dev-edloped from the treatment of disease to health education, the service technology devedloped from pursuing the high-end to advocatethe appropriate, the service evaluation standard devedloped from the economic benefits to the social benefits. The trends showed thatthe national basic health policy was not only the policy support to make up for the weak grassroots, but also the strategic choice onthe people-oriented idea. The occupations for the basic-orientation medical students in the future were highly important. They wouldbe the pathfinders in the moving forward of the medical focus, the explorers in the changing of medical model and the embodiment inthe return of the medical essence.
