住院患者中药使用比例及其对费用的影响

The Usage Ratio and the Influencas for the cost of Using Chinese Traditional Medicine on Inpatients

目的探讨使用中药是否可以降低住院患者的药费和住院费用。方法采用个案研究的方法,对山西省某县级医院2008—2013年使用和未使用过中药的住院患者的药费、住院费进行对比和统计学分析。结果总体来看,使用中药患者的药费、住院费均显著高于未使用中药的患者;在使用中药的患者中,随着中药费比例的增加住院费和药费减少;使用中药的患者住院费和药费逐年减少,而未使用中药的患者住院费和药费逐年增加(分别为2013年较2010年下降了23.0%和16.0%,上升了71.9%和63.5%)。结论当以中药治疗为主时,使用中药才可以降低住院患者的药费和住院费,这或是控制医疗费用过快增长的方式之一。

OBJECTIVE To explore whether using Chinese traditional medicine could reduce inpatients' cost. METHODS Case studyof a secondary hospital of Shanxi Province. Make a comparison and statistical analysis of using and not using Chinese traditional medi-cine inpatients' cost. RESULTS The using Chinese traditional medicine inpatients' cost was significantly higher than not using ones;the using Chinese traditional medicine inpatients' cost increased by year, while the not using ones cost decreased by year; the usingChinese traditional medicine inpatients' cost decreases with increasing of percentage of Chinese traditional medicine cost. CONCLUSION Using Chinese traditional medicine could not reduce inpatients' cost except when using Chinese traditional medicine Thatmight be one of the controlling the over speeding growth of medical costs.
