齐齐哈尔市突发公共卫生事件现况及防控体系研究

Current State and Control System Research of Public Health Emergencies and Prevention in Qiqihar

目的调查了解齐齐哈尔市突发公共卫生事件现况,为完善其防控体系提供参考依据。方法采用文献法、网络数据分析法和座谈法,分析齐齐哈尔市突发公共卫生事件现况,并找出其中存在的问题。结果 2006年以来齐齐哈尔市共报告各类突发公共卫生事件12起,发病111例,死亡5例。其中传染病发生10起,占突发公共卫生事件总数的83.3%,多发生在9~10月份。突发公共卫生事件多发生在学校和职教中心,占突发公共卫生事件总数的75.0%。结论齐齐哈尔市突发公共卫生事件以传染病事件为主,多发生在夏秋季节。加强学校等人群密集场所突发公共卫生事件的防控是今后的工作重点。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of the public health energencies in Qiqihar for studying and improving the preven-tive and control system. METHODS According to the current state of Qiqihar, document method, network data analysis and panelmethod were applied to find out existing problems. RESULTS A total of 12 all kinds of health events were reported with 111 cases in-cluding 5 death cases during 2006—2009. In all reported events, 10 of them were infectious, which accounted for 83.3%, and mostlyhappened between Stp to Oct. Most events occurred in schools and vocational education center, which accounted for 75%. CONCLUSION In Qiqihar the majority public health energency is infectious events,which mostly occurred in summer and Autumn. Strengthen-ing prevention and control in crowd public places are the key of the work.
