无锡市新区糖尿病患者相关知识知晓情况调查分析

Investigation Analysis of Diabetes Related Knowledge Among the Diabetes Patients In Wuxi New District

目的了解无锡市新区糖尿病患者相关知识知晓情况,为制定适合本地区的糖尿病健康教育和健康干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,设定6个问题,对无锡市新区糖尿病患者进行糖尿病相关知识知晓情况调查,按照不同性别、年龄、文化程度、合并高血压、糖尿病家族史及肥胖分组,比较各组对象糖尿病相关知识知晓情况。结果本研究共调查糖尿病患者308例,6个问题总体知晓率分别为80.19%、72.08%、73.70%、67.86%、81.82%和76.62%;相关知识知晓率与年龄、文化程度、糖尿病家族史和肥胖相关。结论无锡市新区糖尿病相关知识知晓率处于一般水平,需进一步加强健康教育,特别是应将低学历、高年龄和肥胖人群作为健康教育的重点对象。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the rate of awareness of the diabetes related knowledge among the diabetes patients in WuxiNew District, in order to provide theoretical basis for diabetes health education and intervention. METHODS A questionnaire surveywith 6 questions about diabetes control and prevention knowledge was conducted, to compare diabetes related knowledge rate ofawareness between different gender, age, educational level, combined with hypertension, family history of diabetes and obesity in newdistrict of Wuxi. RESULTS The survey was completed a total of 308 diabetes. The related knowledge awareness rate of 6 questionswere 80.19%, 72.08%, 73.70%, 67.86%, 81.82% and 76.62%, and the mastery degree of diabetes patients on the related knowledgewas correlated with age, educational level, family history of diabetes mellitus and obesity. CONCLUSIONS Diabetes related knowledgeawareness rate was at a general level in Wuxi New District, the health education still needed to be further strengthened, especiallylow education and high age and obesity should be considered as the focus of health education.
