广州市医疗机构职工对无烟医疗机构认知度和责任度分析

The Analysis of Awareness and Responsibility on Smoke-free Medical Institution among Staffs in Medical Institution of Guangzhou

目的了解广州市医疗机构职工对医疗机构室内禁烟的认知度和责任度,为政府和卫生行政部门的控烟政策和策略提供依据。方法按医疗机构属性分层,采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取广州市12个区55家医疗机构,利用随机抽样的方法抽取医院职工。结果 76.80%的职工接受过本单位组织的关于室内无烟知识技能与要求相关培训。职工对吸烟会导致肾癌知晓率低至53.20%。14.00%的职工不清楚医疗卫生机构实行室内全面禁烟的规定。10.30%的职工不清楚本单位室外吸烟区的位置。62.20%的职工在医院看到有人吸烟总会上前劝阻。71.10%医生询问病史时会主动询问病人是否吸烟。68.80%的医生总会告诉吸烟病人要戒烟。医疗机构男性职工吸烟率为11.50%,50岁以上职工吸烟率为12.90%,高于其他年龄组(﹤4.3%)(P﹤0.05)。结论加强对医疗机构职工控烟相关知识和要求培训,完善戒烟服务体系。

OBJECTIVE To obtain the awareness and responsibility of indoor smoking ban in heath care institutions through their staffsin Guangzhou, so provide evidence on the tobacco control policies and strategies for the government and the health administration de-partments. METHODS According to the properties of medical institution, 55 healthcare institutions were selected from 12 districtsamong Guangzhou by way of simple random sampling. And then subjects were chosen by using simple random sampling from the med-ical institution. RESULTS 73.8% employees had received training related to the smoke-free knowledge and requirements which orga-nized by their units. The awareness rate of smoking to kidney cancer was 53.2%.14.0% staffs were unclear the regulation that therewas indoor smoking ban of medical institution. 10.3% staffs did not know the outdoor smoking area in their units. 62.2% staffs woulddissuade smokers from smoking in the hospital if they see someone was smoking. 71.1% hospital staffs would take the initiative to askthe patient whether he was smoking when they visited. 68.8% of the hospital staffs would tell the patient to give up smoking if theysmoke. The smoking rate of male staffs in medical institution was 11.5%, the rate who were over 50 years old, which was significantlyhigher than that of other age groups(18.2%). It showed that gender, educational background and tobacco control training were the fac-tors which influenced the awareness of tobacco control among employees by multiple regression analysis. CONCLUSION It shouldstrengthen the training of tobacco control among workers in medical institution, and improve the service system for smoking cessation.
