基于我国新大气污染排放标准下的燃煤锅炉高效低NO_x协调优化系统研究及工程应用 被引量:31

摘要 新的大气污染物排放标准要求NOx排放值低于(100 mg/m3,为了达标排放,大型燃煤发电机组须采取锅炉低氮燃烧(low NOx combustion,LNB)加选择性催化还原法selective catalytic reduction,SCR)综合脱硝技术路线。在工程实践中,需要解决好锅炉LNB及SCR脱硝系统的安全性、环保性、经济性多目标协调优化问题。为此,该文系统分析了燃煤锅炉LNB运行调整与SCR脱硝系统的耦合优化问题,深入研究了锅炉高效低NOx调整优化技术,开发了燃煤锅炉高效低NOx协调优化系统(简称本系统)。目前,该系统成功应用在600MW超临界锅炉,能够实时指导运行人员及时调整机组运行状态,确保机组在各种工况下实现安全性、环保性、经济性多目标协调优化,取得了良好效益。 The new emission standard of air pollutants for NOx emission is lower than 100 mg/m3. In order to reach the discharge standard, large coal-fired power units should take the integrated denitration technology route of low NOx combustion(LNB) and selective catalytic reduction(SCR). In engineering practice, the multi objective coordinated optimization problem of security, environmental protection and economy needs to be solved for the LNB and SCR denitration system. Therefore, this paper systematically analyzed the coupling optimization problem of the LNB and SCR denitration system, thoroughly studied the high efficiency and low NOx boiler adjustment optimization technology, and developed the high efficiency and low NOx coordinated optimization system for coal-fired boilers(referred to as the system). At present, the system has been successfully applied in two 600 MW supercritical boilers and achieved good benefits. It has been proven that the system can provide real-time guidance for operators to adjust the running status of the units, and realize the multi-objective coordinated optimization of security, environment and economy under various working conditions.
