摘要
针对现代配电网的特点,包括分布式电源的灵活接入、网络拓扑动态变化、配电网故障自愈需求等,调研并评述配电网信息共享技术,以及国内外配电网同步相量测量应用的新技术。主要从如下方面展开:1)配电网同步相量量测硬件需求、时间同步模式及组网方式;2)基于同步量测的配电网状态估计相关技术;3)基于同步量测的配电网快速故障定位技术;4)基于同步量测的分布式电源孤岛检测与实时控制技术;5)微电网及配网同步相量精确快速求解算法研究等。该文研究综述国内外的最新研究进展,并结合中国电网特点进行技术评述,论文成果对于多信息源在配电网中的综合利用,以及未来同步量测技术在配电网中的发展会起到积极的推动作用。
The fast development of distribution system produces a number of technical challenges and requirements from customers. It includes, the flexible emerging of distributed generators(DGs), dynamic topology changing and self-heal of distribution system, et al. It is difficult to achieve it due to the limited available metered data, in usual, only local current and voltage magnitude are monitored. Hence more information should be used to improve the operation performance of distribution system. In response to this question, a review on synchronized phasor measurement technique with application in distribution system was presented. The review was presented from following aspects, 1) The platform requirement, and network topology of PMUs in distribution network; 2) Metered data based state estimation in distribution system; 3) Fast fault location technique in distribution system; 4) Islanding detection and control; 5) phasor measurement unit(PMU) with applications in microgrid and correlative accurate calculation of phasors. The review and proposed viewpoint in paper will actively push the rapid development of distribution system in China.
