摘要
为利于传统能源和可再生能源发电的互补运行,有效利用可再生能源发电,实现火电企业的节能减排目标,并解决汽包炉单元机组控制作用滞后的局限,利用预见控制理论设计滚动的可在线调节的预见窗口,一方面为在线实时跟踪动态变化的优化调度策略制定的预发曲线提供技术支持,缓解传统和新能源发电调度中的矛盾问题;此外,结合预见控制可超前调节、逆输出控制可精确跟踪的优点,充分利用被调量给定值的未来信息作为前馈信号,使得控制作用能够超前给定值而变化,有效改善控制系统的跟踪性能。通过对300 MW燃煤汽包炉机组仿真实验验证系统的控制品质。
In order to make full use of renewable energy power generation and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reducing in thermal power plant, the power production by the two kinds of energy would be operate coordianted. At the same time, the limits of the control lag for drum-boiler-turbine generator unit need to be solved. This paper used the preview control theory to design the rolling preview window which can be adjusted online. On one hand, the window provide technical support for tracking the dynamic pre-generating curve formulating by the optimization scheduling strategy, it alleviate the generation scheduling contradiction between the traditional and the new energy power. The other hand, the system tracking performance is improved effectively by combined with the advantages of the preview control regulating ahead and the inverse output control tracking accurate, for this combining method make the control action advance the given value through using the future information of the regulated quantity as a feed-forward signal. At last, the effectiveness of the control system was proved by the simulation experiments based on the 300 MW coal-fired drum-boiler.
