铝合金芯铝绞线耐张线夹研制与压接性能分析 被引量:13

摘要 灵州–绍兴特高压直流工程将采用JL1X/LHA1-800/550大截面铝合金芯铝型线绞线,其可降低对杆塔的负荷、提高线路安全性能,并具有线路增容的功能。对于此种导线,国内目前还没有其配套的耐张线夹的相关研究经验,为满足实际工程需要,文中根据此导线的结构特点,设计了两种配套耐张线夹,并完成了两种耐张线夹、多种压缩比方案的比较研究,最终通过试验得到,采用铝合金管作为连接铝合金芯与钢锚的过渡,通过完全压接整根铝合金管,将铝合金芯与钢锚牢固连接,铝绞线采用铝管压接的方式优于直接采用耐张钢锚的钢管压接铝合金芯,铝绞线采用铝管压接的方式。 Lingzhou-Shaoxing ultra-high voltage DC engineering will adopt JL1X/LHA1-800/550 large-section aluminum line twisted line of aluminum alloy core, which may reduce the pole & tower load, improve the line safety and has the function of line capacity expansion. With regard to this kind of guide line, there is no relevant research experience in its supporting strain clamp in China. In order to meet the actual engineering requirements, two kinds of supporting strain clamps were designed based on the structural features of this guide line and the comparative research on these two kinds of strain clamps and multiple compression ratio schemes was completed. Finally, according to the test, the mode in which the aluminum alloy tube is adopted to connect the aluminum alloy core and steel anchor, the aluminum alloy core and steel anchor are firmly connected by entire compression joint of the whole aluminum alloy tube, and the aluminum twisted line adopts the aluminum tube compression joint is superior to the mode in which the steel tube of strain steel anchor is directly adopted for the compression joint of aluminum alloy core and the aluminum twisted line adopts the aluminum tube compression joint.
