摘要
排烟温度是锅炉设计的重要参数,排烟温度的选取与酸露点直接相关。依托某循环流化床锅炉完成了烟气SO3浓度的测定,结果显示传统煤粉锅炉的酸露点计算公式并不适用于循环流化床锅炉,应予以修正。相关研究对于合理选取循环流化床锅炉排烟温度、优化烟气余热回收装置(低温省煤器)设计具有参考作用。
The exhaust gas temperature is an important parameter in the design of the boiler, and its selection have a direct relationship with the acid dew point. This article completed the determination of SO_3 concentration in flue gas relying on a CFB boiler. According to the result, the calculation formula of acid dew point of traditional pulverized coal boiler is not suitable for CFB boiler, thus it is necessary to make appropriate amendments. Related research will provide a reference for the reasonable selection of the exhaust gas temperature and the optimization of the flue gas waste heat recovery device(low temperature coal).
