摘要
提出一种新型零电压关断高增益DC/DC变换器,所提变换器通过一个辅助电容和两个辅助二极管即可实现开关管的零电压关断,具有结构简单、易于实现的优点。开关管的零电压关断不仅有效提高了变换器的工作效率,同样也提高了变换器的功率密度。适用于电动汽车、不间断电源、光伏发电、航空航天等对变换器输入输出增益及功率密度要求较高的应用领域。首先分析了所提变换器的工作原理,然后理论推导出变换器的性能特点,最后搭建了一台功率为400W的实验样机。实验结果显示所提方案有效提升了变换器的工作效率,验证了理论分析的正确性。
In this paper, a novel high step-up zero voltage switch (ZVS) DC/DC converter was presented, it can achieve ZVS turn off through an auxiliary capacitor and two auxiliary diodes, its structure is simple and easy to realize. The ZVS turn-off can not only enhance the efficiency of converter but also improve its power density. The proposed converter can be used in some areas which need the high step-up and high power density, such as electric vehicles, uninterruptible power supplies, photovoltaic power generation and aerospace. The operation principle of proposed converter was analyzed, and then the mathematical models of the converter were established. To verify the performance of the presented converter, a 400W laboratory prototype circuit was implemented. The results validate the theoretical analyses and the practicability of the presented converter. © 2016 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
